5 Unique Names in Home Based Business That You will not soon forget
As anyone familiar with franchising knows, the advantages of buying a franchise-as opposed to starting a new company on their own-are endless, but includes everything from ready-made business plans for financial assistance. But in a market inundated with businesses that sell almost the exact same product, often it comes down to advertising, to have something about your company that sets it apart from the pack in the mind of the consumer. As far as this goes, one of the greatest assets a new member can receive in your packet of franchising is a recognizable name, and there are really two ways that a trade name can make its way to a permanent residence in the mind and positive of a person. It must either be repeated until it sticks, or must be so new, or perhaps even extravagant, impossible to forget, if wanted.
Fortunately for those of us who love few things better than a good laugh, there are a handful of franchises available that actually that guy's middle name curious enough to attract the attention of both consumers and giggles. Take a closer look at what we consider five of the most unique names in franchising and see if there is more substance to their stupidity than you might expect.
# 5) Maui Wowi Hawaiian Coffee and Smoothies
If you're not Dr. Seuss, trying to get by with a rhyme that includes a made-up word is a bold move. Sporting the name of the fifth most fun on our site, this company is more than likely to stand in the mind of the consumer particularly odd for two reasons. First, as we said, the average of businesses for sale is not brave enough to try his hand at Seussian poetry, which is ironically a tactic proven to make learning easier storage. But secondly, the average person does not immediately associated with "Hawaiian" with "coffee" or "coffee" with "shake", which leaves a big question mark hanging over the head of the consumer, which serves as a marketing genius to pull it in.
# 4) The Glove Lady
That name pretty simple, is a bit 'remembers every neighborhood has that old: the cat lady. This interpretation of the quirky personality, however, has an unusual attachment to gloves, which is twice as fun as the cats. And that picture is not too far from the truth. Women who perform this work from home business seriously glove and all safety equipment, and customers quickly realize that when the Glove Lady van comes rolling into town, it's all reliable business.
# 3) 1-800-905-GEEK
Tape your glasses, pocket protector, suspenders hold your pants just below the armpits, the whole picture is painted in only one word: GEEK. The most brilliant in the name of this work at home business, however, is that like the stereotype is laughable, it can produce a sense of confidence in the minds of consumers. Think about it. Who's going to fix the computer: an athlete, a cheerleader, or a geek? What's more, their phone number is their name, so Joe schmoe when the computer breaks down, do not even need to visit a phone book to call for help. If the rest of the business is half as smart as the name, should an athlete be stupid not to give some consideration.
# 2) The Love Maine Lobster Claw
This is by far my favorite work from home business ever, and that is partly because the name is completely perplexed, looks five words picked at random and thrown together for lack of a better name. But when you learn what the business is, everything suddenly makes sense, and this is what makes it so memorable. Imagine the game to an arcade claw (the glass box full of toys that you try to grab a small crane). Now fill the glass box with water and drop live lobsters instead of stuffed toys, and what you are imagining is exactly what these people sell. And although it sounds a bit 'out there, the business really works, some machines raking in $ 750 per week. Trying to get that name from the head now.
# 1) Doody Calls
Even adults laugh at the word Doody. And especially when you're on pet waste management field, you really have to be taken lightly. So simple and funny as they are on their work, however, the business is deadly serious. With the number of dogs in America and the growing number of minutes to spare that owners must pick up poop always decreasing, the market is full of opportunities for a business that is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and take a shovel, and this is just what this business is.
Any company that is willing to do something a bit 'out of the ordinary to be emerging deserves great respect. It 's all too easy to scroll through a list of home based business opportunities, giggling a bit' to a unique name, and move on to something "more serious", but do not do it. Give time and thought to even businesses that may not be your first choice, because there's often a lot of thought goes into names that may sound .......
