Break all human resource policies and procedures when you become an entrepreneur and work for you

You know those great HR policies and procedures manuals that all large companies have? Those who run your code of conduct during the working day? These rules were made to be broken. That is, if you decide to work for themselves and become an entrepreneur. Otherwise, you'd be fired for breaking the rules HR.

Entrepreneurs do not have rules. Do not have policies and procedures. The rules are for the followers, and contractors do not follow. This is one of the benefits of entrepreneurship.

Take some 'of the following common human resource policies and pay close attention to the political entrepreneur equivalent:

1. Participation

Company Policy: If you can not report to work as expected, you must inform the department of human resources that will let your manager know. If your need for time off is foreseeable, you must provide notice as possible. If your switch does not need is foreseeable, it must provide as much notice as possible but in no case less than one (1) hour before your usual time of departure.

Political Entrepreneur: If you want to take the day off for any reason, it will take me. Working every day of the week is for schmuks!

2. Break periods

Company policy: Employees can take two of line 15 (fifteen) minute break each work day. The breaks will be designated by the supervisor as the daily schedule and situations allow.

Political Entrepreneur: If I want to take a break every day at eleven o'clock to watch the price is right, I will. If you want a break from work to go shopping, I go shopping. Can I recover my work later.

3. Promotions

Corporate policy is the policy of the company, as far as possible, to fill vacancies with qualified personnel within the company. Promotion to all positions are based on, among other things, the individual capacity, efficiency, competency, performance, good attendance and punctuality, educational background and length of service.

Political Entrepreneur: I'm the boss. They are in charge. I do not need or want a promotion.

4. Smoke

Company policy: In accordance with the law, the Company prohibits smoking in all indoor areas. Smoking is allowed outside on work breaks in the program, provided that: (1) not more than 3 people to smoke at any time, (2) someone is covering your tasks, while smoking, and (3) all persons present consent to smoking. Smoking is permitted outside the designated point as long as employees do not litter the area with cigarette butts. Please use the ash containers are provided in each area.

Political Entrepreneur: I know smoking is bad for my health, but I smoke whenever I want.

There is a place for rules in our society. Some people are fine with this and others do not. People who are not under their own rules. These people call themselves entrepreneurs .......
