Your MLM recruitment system

In any business, online, offline, MLM, retail or service - you must have a system that allows you to use both your time and provide an easy training for new employees and contractors. If your involved with MLM you understand that your team grows, so does the amount of time devoted to training of your new members. You must have a system so that each new person receives exactly the same training in the same way - if you do it, or your downline makes.

What does an MLM recruiting system look like if you're building your business online? For my team I use a three-step system that everyone is connected, and the best part is that it is automated.

Step 1 - Traffic Generation

Without traffic to your website, your business will be dead in the water. The old saying "build it and that will come" simply does not apply to the Internet. So the first step in my system is to teach my new team members how to generate traffic to our landing pages. At first I only teach them how to leverage Web 2.0 and generate buckets of free traffic. Once you start earning some income to cover the costs of advertising that are issued to cover the sources of traffic for a fee.

Step 2 - Traffic Generation viral

In addition to the traditional system of generating traffic, like article marketing, MySpace, Facebook, etc. We also put in viral traffic generators. This type of systems that give credits or page views. Accumulate these credits as people sign up using your link and activate their account. See how well this fits into a MLM marketing plan? Step 3 - The Funded Proposal

It 's very important that the system includes a proposal funded. A funded proposal system lets new team members to be able to profit from their wires, even if the cable joins your primary business. Making income from outside of your MLM could be a new concept for many. However, as you know most MLM companies have a minimum monthly spend to keep active - in other words you must buy something every month. This can quickly get expensive for the new member, and if the financial pain threshold is hit, a new member who disappears. However, if you use a funded proposal, will not be difficult for you new members to earn enough to cover their monthly expenses MLM. Allowing them to earn money fast, you will help the new member stay in the game long enough to enjoy the residual income that is offered by network marketing.
