Network Marketing - Do you like the MLM or direct sales?


If you read this article you will know the difference between MLM and direct selling.

Practically thinking corporations have adopted the multi-system, have made a very successful adaptation, companies that have implemented this method and have survived have had explosive sales.

Direct sales volume is the sum of sales of each of the distributors who have an order, in any month in the year.

For in the multilevel, the dealer has a personal use of the product or service your MLM company (the distributor becomes almost a consumer), and direct sales distributor sells the products or services of your company.

But things are complicated further when we find sales professionals in multilevel companies, and when sellers consume the product or service of your direct sales company.

The most common confusion is that direct selling companies can go through because multilevel compensation plans are very similar to the plans

compensation MLM companies, so many distributors or leaders of a direct marketing company working years in the business and have the impression that they are in a MLM company.

I can not tell which one is better than another, depends what your goal, you like, but I can tell you can earn discounts succulent developing consumer networks, and developing networks of vendors.

Every company that is MLM or direct sales compensation plan is that steps can be classic and discount points, or may be binaries, or a combination of these two.

Also the compensation plan can be monthly or otherwise, that is, in a direct selling companies, for example, the points begin to be calculated each month, or every month
