Q.base Quality Management System
Given the rapid development of quality standards - ISO 9000, a problem has occurred as companies have had many difficulties in applying these standards, especially in a matter of cost.
Telare - the leading certification body of quality in New Zealand, after market research, has presented a Quality Management System (QMS) that still uses the basic standards of ISO9000, but in a more simple and easier to apply. This system includes all the basic requirements that the company needs to maintain a good relationship with customers and keep their faith in the product or service. This system is called little Q.base.

Q.base is not to an international standard ISO9000, but it is increasingly widely applied as a standard in the certifier a system to meet the quality requirements or not. Q.base uses the same principles as ISO9000 uses, but in a simpler and more applicable, especially for small and medium enterprises who have just developed its quality management system.
Q.base is full of the key factors of a quality system, which helps the company to check out the main activities in its operation. It focuses on the division of responsibilities and powers, which makes the employees to be accountable for their actions.
After satisfying all requirements Q.base, the company can apply new standards of quality and gradually to meet all the requirements of ISO9000 (include ISO 9001).
Q.base is very flexible and not in contradiction with ISO9000 and TQM, and is also useful for suppliers of large companies that have ISO9000 certification.
In conclusion, Q.base is applied under the following conditions:
o Introduction to quality management in the company to improve its competitive status and follow the management of product quality in the most economical.
Under the contract between the company and customers (Part A and B), when customers have a request or the company should apply Q.base in quality management to ensure product quality for food.
or certification by a third party: the company's quality management system is tested and certified by the agency official certification .......
