Medifast - The Pros and Cons - A Quick Medifast Diet Plan Review

I've been on Medifast since the end of September and I feel that I am qualified to examine the pros and cons of this weight loss program. I am also the author of "How To Get More Out Of Medifast" E-book. Here's what I feel are the pros and cons:

Pros: Medifast is easy, convenient and relatively inexpensive. You are provided a variety of convenient pre-packaged foods such as various oatmeals, puddings, soups, stews, chili, eggs, milk shakes, protein bars, crackers, latte, cappuccino, etc. You can use these foods to eat five small meals "Medifast" all the day and eat a substantial "" lean and green meal that you prepare. This can be as simple as a lean meat with a generous side of vegetables. (Hint:. A George Foreman grill and pre-packaged salads and vegetables makes it easy and convenient) for the most part, this program is to take it and go. I average about $ 8 - $ 10 a day on this program and take advantage of coupons. I find the food to be pretty darn tasty Medifast and to be by far the best I've tried.

The standout thing for me though is that Medifast has been effective for me. I lost about 40 pounds and I feel that I had to make enormous sacrifices.

Cons: Depending on your personality, you might want to take advantage of some additional recipes. Some people do well with the foods that Medifast provides, but some individuals have more creative possibilities even further developed by modifying foods. For example, the oatmeal can be made into muffins or biscuits, and various additions, low-calorie sugar-free can be added to drinks, cappuccinos and smoothies to make some really impressive, over-the-top way. If you get bored easily or as food more adventurous, it is entirely possible to accommodate, but require a little preparation for a 'more from you.

Medifast I feel the pros outweigh the cons, but if you're someone who likes to cook and enjoys themselves to make elaborate meals, then you will need to get really creative with your lean and green meal (which can be done) or or search for recipes you can create additional Medifast. I hope this helped .......
